Diwali always gets the better of me. Particularly this year, after having spent last Diwali holed up in a hotel room. When we had barely made the transition from Buffalo to Tampa. And I remember spending a wistful evening scrolling through numerous Diwali pictures, and how my heart had ached and longed for a 'home' to light diyas in. And here we are, almost a year later...
Diwali is also the time when my bigger, sharper, lenses come out of hybernation, and capture the essence of this beautiful festival - the sparkle, the glimmer, and the glow - casting a quiet spell on me.
Hence, this time, I will let the camera do the talking...
